Our founder

Our founder, Alison Paton, has over 25 years experience in HR and learning and development, having worked at a senior level for the BBC, Bovis Construction and Scottish Enterprise.

Alison has the unique experience of delivering the HR strategy for the entire lifecycle of a successful business. Alison joined ADIL, an oil and gas consultancy, just after the business started. Over a nine-year period, Alison created and delivered the people strategy to support the company growth to 200 personnel, with a high performing culture and employee engagement levels of over 90%. The business expanded internationally and was acquired by Schlumberger in 2016.
