Align People HR merges with Nuvo Accountancy to accelerate growth

Aberdeen-based HR consultancy Align People HR has announced a strategic partnership with Nuvo Accountancy , which has acquired a majority shareholding in the business. The move will see Align People HR rebrand as Nuvo HR, marking an exciting new chapter of growth and expanded services for clients across the North east of Scotland and further afield.

The partnership also brings a direct boost to the North east economy, with the creation of new jobs and further recruitment planned. Vacancies are currently being advertised, underlining the firm’s commitment to invest locally and build capacity for future growth.

This strategic step strengthens Align People HR’s ability to support clients with a broader range of business services . The new firm will continue to expand its offering, enhance client engagement, and invest in new ways of delivering value to businesses in the region.
